Thirteen Ashfield Properties Sell in July-August, Most Prices Undisclosed
Thirteen properties sold in Ashfield between July 17 and August 15, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only two of the transactions disclosed a sale price: $18,641 and $47,000, for a median of $32,820. The month's most notable disclosed transaction was the July 24 sale of 1530 Williamsburg Road for $47,000, in which sellers Nicole and Christopher Drury transferred the property to Florence Bank. Financial institutions, including Florence Bank, Florence Savings Bank and Greenfield Cooperative Bank, appear as buyer or seller in a majority of recorded transfers. With price data largely undisclosed, the deed records show steady transaction volume but limited insight into market pricing.
