Nine Ashfield Properties Change Hands as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Nine properties changed hands in Ashfield between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $150,000 for 1517 Cape St. and $325,000 for 197 Buckland Rd., the period's top sale, yielding a median of $237,500 among disclosed sales. The other seven transfers, including deals involving PeoplesBank, UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, Rocket Mortgage LLC and two family trusts, listed no consideration amount. No street recorded more than one sale, and no bed, bath or square-footage data was available. With pricing missing for most transfers, the data shows limited but steady activity rather than a clear market direction.
