Ashfield Sales Data Shows Wide Price Spread, Limited Disclosure in August
Nine property transfers recorded in Ashfield between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only four included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $30,000 to $325,000 with a median of $100,000. The period's top transaction was 197 Buckland Road, which sold for $325,000 to Joshua Beauregard and Emily Rothschild. Three of the nine deeds involved a bank or mortgage entity as buyer or seller, and two others showed matching names or trust-related transfers on both sides. With more than half the deeds carrying no listed price, the available data does not support a clear read on overall market pace.
