Ashfield Records 11 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Ashfield recorded 11 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $18,641 to $50,000, with a median of $38,500. The month's top disclosed sale was an Ashfield property that sold for $50,000 on Aug. 12, from BDLB Land Holdings LLC to William P. Ryan and Jeanne M. Lightfoot, both listed as trustees. Williamsburg Road saw two of the four disclosed sales. Banks were the buyer in three of the four disclosed transactions, and several other deeds involved bank or mortgage-company sellers, patterns visible in the records without an indicated cause.
