The month's top recorded sale was an Ashfield property that sold for $50,000 on Aug. 12, from BDLB Land Holdings LLC to William P. Ryan and Jeanne M. Lightfoot, both listed as trustees. Williamsburg Road saw two of the four recorded sales. Banks were the buyer in three of the four recorded transactions, and several other deeds involved bank or mortgage-company sellers, patterns visible in the records without an indicated cause.
