Ashfield records 11 property deeds, but most sale prices go undisclosed

Ashfield recorded 11 property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only two disclosed a sale price: $18,641 for 166 Ludwig Road and $47,000 for 1530 Williamsburg Road, the period's highest disclosed sale. Cape Street and West Road each saw two transfers. Bank entities served as grantor or grantee in six of the 11 deeds. No bed, bath or square-footage figures were available in the records.
